We delete the data when it is no longer needed for its intended purpose, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

Job applications
When you contact us about joining the 3N team, we use the data you provide to respond to your enquiry and consider possible employment. To the extent necessary for this assessment, the legal basis is Section 26(1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Access is limited to the people handling the enquiry and the IT and email service providers supporting the process.
We delete applicant data after the enquiry or recruitment process has concluded, once it is no longer needed, taking account of statutory obligations and any retention necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We do not automatically add your data to a database for future vacancies.

Recipients and data transfers
Hosting, IT and email service providers may process data on our behalf for the technical operation of the website. Processing outside the European Union or the European Economic Area takes place only in accordance with the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.

Cookies, analytics and contact forms
This website currently uses no analytics or marketing services, embedded contact forms or cookies that are not technically necessary. The contact link opens the email application configured on your device.
